Renew Residential Services LLC was founded in 2021 by husband-and-wife team Nick and Leah Carreon in Canton, OH. With extensive experience in care provision, service management, and program development, they set out to build more than just a home care company—they wanted to create a service that truly empowers individuals to live with dignity, independence, and support.

Leah’s passion for compassionate care was deeply personal. As she watched her grandparents age, she saw firsthand the challenges families face in meeting the evolving needs of their loved ones. Her grandfather, Edwin Lord of Canton, OH, was a hardworking businessman who achieved the American dream, and his greatest wish was to remain independent in his home alongside his wife. Leah recognized the growing need for trusted caregivers who could serve as a bridge—ensuring that people like her grandfather could continue to live with the respect and freedom they deserve.

With this vision, Renew Residential Services was built on the foundation of quality, compassion, and expertise.
